good, lovely location in orlando, so close to magic kingdom, a new shopping village and all attractions and main roads. impeccably clean units and accommodating staff at the receptionist.

The rooms were brand-new and huge and equipped with queen beds, microwave plus a kitchen. The hotel had a central setting close enough to drive to everything.

Excellent Customer Service at the front desk.
The check-in process was a complete disaster. We arrived late at 1 AM, but the front desk agent was rude and unhelpful. The lack of empathy from the staff was frustrating and unacceptable.
